Delivery and Setup
We will always deliver before your party start time. Our delivery times are from 8am-2pm and our collections are from 5pm-8pm.
We do give you the option to have the castle up until 10pm at an extra charge of £20.
For Venue/Hall hires please state when booking the exact delivery and collection time that you need. Venue bookings do take priority as they are not flexible with delivery and collection times.
We are based in South London and we try to cater for as many delivery areas as possible. Our wide range of bouncy castles and soft play are available to hire all year round. Whether you wanted to hire our Disco dome in bromley or hire our superhero castle in croydon, we have it covered.

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.

It is the Hirer’s responsibility to check the site measurements for the required package, also to ensure that there is adequate space surrounding the play equipment. If sufficient space is not available at the venue site for the package ordered, we reserve the right to remove certain items at our discretion, for health and safety reasons. However you will still be charged for them.
Please allow at least 30 minutes before the event for our staff to deliver and set up the equipment, and also 30 minutes after the event for them to take down and remove the equipment.
It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure easy access to the venue for unloading and loading of equipment. Any restrictions (lack of parking, stairs, narrow doorways etc.) MUST be reported to Tilley’s Bouncy Castles prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in delay to setting up, an additional fee being payable by the Hirer or cancellation.
The Hirer must agree that the area where the goods are to be placed will be free from obstructions & debris.
We have the right to cancel/decline a booking if the ground/surface for the Soft Play/Play Equipment or bouncy castle is unsuitable upon arrival.
All our equipment includes free set up and delivery within a 4 miles radius of Sydenham.
We will endeavor to arrive and set up on time, however Tilley’s Bouncy Castles cannot be held liable for delay incurred due to circumstances beyond our control (for example – traffic congestion, adverse weather etc.).
A £10 booking fee is required to be paid within 48 hours of your booking to secure the date. If the weather is unsuitable for the equipment to be safely set up on the day of your hire, we will refund your deposit.
