As always, the best bouncy castle company in the area. Every year Jamie is on time to install, efficient, tidy and so professional. Never had a cancellation from Tilley’s, they are so reliable that you can count on them, they won’t let you down.
They are great at advising about the bouncy castle sizes and which one would fit in your garden and through your access doorways!! Always check first as these can take up a lot of space!

On the day of our son's birthday party another company disappointed us by not showing up. They did not even call, text or email to say they can't make the party.

Tilley's bouncy castles were recommended by an invitee and we called them up. They arrived within 30mins of the call with a bouncy castle in the theme of the party! We are extremely grateful!

I recently hired the paw patrol bouncy castle for my daughter's birthday party. They are very professional and reliable. I received a booking confirmation email and also a text message the day before delivery to confirm the time and venue which I found reassuring. On the day, they delivered on time, set up the bouncy castle and explained safety rules. They also collected on time. The team did a great job setting up for my son's 4th birthday in a tight window of time, pretty sure everything was up ready to use within about 20 minutes (1 bouncy castle, 1 inflatable slide, 4 zoomers and 4 didi cars). They were knowledgeable about the local venue and knew in advance the type of set up that would be required. The party was a great success and the items we rented kept 30 boisterous kids very happy. Tilley's were back on time to clear away the inflatables from the venue at the end of the party. Couldn't rate highly enough and would certainly use again.

My first time of hiring a bouncy castle and it was for my daughters 1st birthday. This company went above and beyond my expectations and were absolutely brilliant, it was snowing and I was worried they wouldn’t make it but they did and they provided an excellent service, they was on time and set up very quickly and professionally. I hired Tilley’s for my son’s 4th birthday. They got stuck in traffic and called me to say they will be a 15mins late. I was a bit annoyed as we only had 30mins for the setup and I thought the kids might arrive before they’re ready. We hired a Soft Play Area, Bouncy Castle and Ball Pool from Tilley's for my daughters 1st Birthday party and it was an absolute hit. They arrived on time, set it all up v.quickly and gave a safety and 'rules' briefing and away the went. When my daughter in law said that she wanted to hire a bouncy castle for my granddaughters 2 year old Birthday party in our back garden I could of cried. I just kept thinking of all the hard work involved.

Turns out, it couldn't have been easier. I didn't have to do a thing. Well almost. I unplugged the extension lead from the wall. That's it !

I wasn't sure if the bouncy castle would fit. We contacted Tilleys who were more than happy to send someone round to measure totally free of charge. Impressive.

On the day, the team of two came in, inflated the castle in minutes then proceeded to clean it all with antibacterial cleanser. Explained the primary dos and don'ts verbally (thank god) and left leaving a contract and a pick up time.

On collection, once again it seemed like they breezed in, packed everything up and breezed out still finding the time to ask 'how was the party'.

It was amazing value for money too so I don't hesitate in recommending this professional company to make that special event you have in mind , extra extra special.

We hired a great bouncy castle with attached slide for our daughter's 5th birthday party. Tilley's arrived promptly, set it up quickly, and collected it at the times requested. A very professional service and a fabulous castle which was lots of fun for everyone. Will definitely use them again!

Hired a bouncy castle from Tilleys yesterday for my daughters 5th birthday in a hall in Sydenham. I was very specific about the set up and pack up times and they were able to accommodate this, while being very easy going. I think we were the firsts to use their new frozen theme banners on the castle? The castle was a perfect size for our party which was about 40 kids under 6ish years. I think their party bags also look good value but I noticed they did them too late; advice would be to add a pirate themed party bag maybe? My other advice would be to add an inflatable ball pond with with air jugglers also as I'd have like that. Anyway I can totally recommend this company. Thanks guys.,

Fantastic fantastic fantastic!!! Booked the toddler bouncy castle as a surprise for my daughters birthday and was not disappointed. Was able to book easily in advance. Turned up on time, guy who set it up was quick and efficient, even cleaned it thoroughly before the kids went on it. Would definitely use again and would recommend to all

Thank you for the disco dome that we hired on Saturday. We had an absolutely brilliant time, the kids thought it was amazing. Didn't have to entertain the kids at the party at all, they spent the entire time in there !! Worth every penny.

We hired Tilley's bouncy castle for our boys ninth and first birthday and we received a fantastic polite and professional service! You can always ask questions to them if you want to know information. They are So reasonable in price aswell and a fantastic company and will be useing them again for partys and functions.
